Your data are processed for the following purposes:

Purpose: To comply with the regulations related to electronic invoicing

Legal basis for processing: Processing necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Necessity or Optionality of Processing

The provision of personal data for the above-mentioned purposes is necessary in order to proceed with the sending of the electronic invoice.

 

Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be communicated, strictly in relation to the purposes indicated above, to the following subjects or categories of subjects

  1. Individuals authorised in writing by the Company/owner pursuant to art. 29 of the Regulations by reason of the performance of their work duties (e.g. employees in the General Secretariat, Administration, IT area);

  2. parties in relation to which current legislation (e.g. tax and accounting) provides for mandatory disclosure, including, by way of example, public bodies (Tax Offices)

  3. parties providing management services for the IT infrastructure of the business.

 

Method of processing

Personal data are collected when electronic invoicing is requested, either in written form or on computer. The processing is carried out by means of paper and IT tools in compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and, in particular, with the appropriate technical and organisational measures referred to in Article 32.1 of the Regulation, and with the observance of all precautionary measures to ensure its integrity, confidentiality and availability.

The personal data stored on computer databases are accessible only to the persons identified (person in charge and his appointees), by means of personal access keys.

 

Data retention period

Your data will be kept for 10 years from the date of issue of the electronic invoice, i.e. until the expiry of the ordinary limitation period.

In the event that a dispute arises between the company/owner and the data subject, the retention period will be extended for the duration of that dispute and for 10 years following its final settlement (e.g. settlement agreement or final judgment).

 

Rights of the data subject pursuant to Articles 15-22 of the EU Regulation - GDPR 2016/679

Right of access - The data subject may ask at any time what type of data is held by the data controller; the origin, purposes, categories of data; the recipients; the existence of a profiling process; the retention period.

Below we provide information on data collection and management in accordance with European Regulation 679/2016. The notice describes the personal information we provide to Google in connection with accounts and how Google collects, uses and discloses the personal information of users linked to these accounts. Through Google Workspace accounts you can access and use the following main services offered by Google: Calendar Classroom Drive and Keep Documents. In the Google Workspace Privacy Policy, Google provides information about what information it collects and how it uses and discloses the information it collects from Google Workspace accounts.

 

What personal information does Google collect?

Google collects certain information, including, the user's name, email address and password. Google may also collect additional personal information, including an account recovery phone number or a profile picture added to the account. When a user uses Google's services, Google also collects information based on the use of those services, including: device information, such as hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information, including phone number; log information, including details of how a user has used Google services, device event information and the user's IP (internet protocol) address location information obtained through various technologies, including IP address, GPS and other sensors; application specific numbers, such as application version number; and cookies or similar technologies used to capture and store information about a browser or device, such as preferred language and other settings.
